Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated individual to join our team as an Accounts Payable Specialist at the Catholic Diocese of Sioux Falls. As an AP Specialist, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the accounts payable process, ensuring accurate and timely payments to vendors, and maintaining strong internal controls.Key responsibilities of the AP Specialist include:- Processing invoices and expense reports- Reconciling vendor statements and resolving any discrepancies- Communicating with vendors to ensure timely payments and address any issues- Monitoring aging reports and following up on unpaid invoices- Assisting with month-end closing processesThe ideal candidate for this position will have:- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounts payable- Strong organizational and time-management skills- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software- A commitment to accuracy and attention to detailIf you are passionate about finance and administration, and are looking to make a positive impact within a mission-driven organization, we encourage you to apply for the Accounts Payable Specialist position at the Catholic Diocese of Sioux Falls.
