Accounts Payable Supervisor with Manufacturing and/or Distribution industry experience

As the Accounts Payable Supervisor, you will:

• Leverage your exceptional communication skills to communicate with several departments and vendors to resolve invoice and vendor discrepancies.
• Conduct complex 3-way matching (purchase orders, invoices, and receipt of goods).
• Perform vendor account reconciliations with precision.
• Manage escalations and troubleshooting discrepancies with vendors.
• Oversee day-to-day AP processing operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Supervise AP staff and provide guidance on workflows and priorities.

Qualifications:

• 3-5+ years of experience as an AP Supervisor or Senior AP role, preferably in Manufacturing or Wholesale Distribution industries.
• Hands-on experience with 3-way matching and AP processing.
• Exceptional skill in vendor account reconciliations with a demonstrated ability to problem-solve and manage escalations.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and build lasting relationships.
• Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with a high volume of activity.
• Expertise with accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or other industry-specific systems).
