We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced finance professional with strong Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) expertise, along with Controller-level experience , to oversee daily accounting operations, ensure accuracy in financial reporting, and support strategic financial management. This role plays a critical part in maintaining the company’s financial health and internal controls. Key Responsibilities Accounts Payable (AP) Manage and oversee the full AP cycle, including invoice processing, approvals, and payments Ensure timely and accurate payment of vendor invoices Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies Maintain strong vendor relationships Accounts Receivable (AR) Manage billing, invoicing, and collections processes Monitor accounts to ensure timely collections and reduce outstanding balances Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing issues Generate aging reports and track KPIs related to receivables Accounting & Controller Functions Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies Maintain general ledger integrity and perform account reconciliations Support budgeting and forecasting processes Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets Assist with audits (internal and external) Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 5+ years of experience in AP/AR and general accounting Experience in a Controller, Assistant Controller, or senior accounting role preferred Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP) Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or similar ERP systems) Advanced Excel skills Key Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and high level of accuracy Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Leadership and teamwork abilities Preferred Qualifications CPA or equivalent certification (a plus) Experience in process automation or system implementation #J-18808-Ljbffr
