Nordstrom’s Automotive is a family-owned auto recycling facility seeking a full-time Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our accounting team. This position is 40 hours per week and offers a great work environment with excellent benefits.

• Perform accounts receivable functions

• Reconcile payment receipts

• File sales tax reports

• Perform accounts payable functions

• Monitor and manage customer accounts

• Assist customers with account-related questions

• Verify inventory files

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software

• Ability to stay focused with frequent interruptions

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial and sensitive information
