Accounts Receivable Clerk

Location: Wheat Ridge, CO

Job Type: Full-Time, Onsite

Compensation: $20 to $23 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (1-hour lunch, two 15-minute breaks)

Required Experience: 1 year of accounting experience

Preferred Experience: 2+ years with demonstrated AP and bookkeeping skills

Certified Brands is hiring a full-time Accounts Receivable Clerk to manage vendor billing and payment operations in QuickBooks Online. Key Responsibilities

As our Accounts Receivable Clerk, you’ll play a critical role in keeping our financial operations accurate, timely, and vendor-friendly. Your work will directly support our ability to grow responsibly and maintain strong relationships with our partners.

Ensure Timely and Accurate Payment Processing

• Manage all vendor bills, purchase orders, and payment entries in QuickBooks Online
• Process ACH, check, and credit card payments on a consistent schedule
• Reconcile vendor statements and ensure prompt resolution of discrepancies

Maintain Financial Integrity and Reporting

• Support month-end close by verifying AP transactions and account balances
• Help maintain clean, audit-ready books through precise recordkeeping
• Coordinate with team members to ensure all payable activities align with company timelines

Strengthen Vendor Relationships

• Maintain accurate vendor contact records and payment histories
• Respond professionally to payment inquiries and maintain strong communication
• Proactively identify and resolve payment issues before they become problems

What We’re Looking For

- 1+ year of QuickBooks Online experience

- 2+ years of AP/bookkeeping experience with strong references (preferred)

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and general computer skills

- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

- High school diploma or equivalent (required)

- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (preferred)
