Responsibilities Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. Prepare and maintain financial statements in accordance with GAAP. Assist with financial audits by providing necessary documentation and support. Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes. Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing and payment discrepancies. Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and ensure compliance with internal policies. Support the implementation and maintenance of ERP software for financial operations. Qualifications Proven experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable roles. Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively. Experience with financial audits and reporting. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with ERP software. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
