Perform account analysis and maintain accurate aging reports for receivables. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, payment histories, and collection efforts. Apply negotiation skills during collections or dispute resolution processes. Handle inquiries professionally via phone or email while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Requirements Minimum of three years’ experience in accounts receivable, bookkeeping, or related financial roles within diverse industries. Proficiency with accounting software including QuickBooks. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail; ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Effective communication skills for customer service interactions and negotiation scenarios involving collections or dispute resolution.
