Job Title: Accounts Receivable Manager Location: Onsite – Willow Grove, PA We are seeking an experienced and hands‑on Accounts Receivable Manager to lead AR operations for a growing, multi‑location organization. This onsite role in Willow Grove, PA offers strong visibility to leadership and the opportunity to drive process improvements, strengthen controls, and enhance cash flow performance across 40+ locations. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Development Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop a high‑performing AR team Set clear performance objectives, conduct regular reviews, and promote accountability and growth Provide tactical support while driving cross‑training and team development AR Operations Management Oversee daily AR workflow including invoice review, cash applications, credits, dispute resolution, and account reconciliations Ensure SLAs for remittance posting, dispute resolution, and unapplied cash are consistently met Monitor workload and allocate resources to prevent bottlenecks Collections Strategy & Credit Controls Develop and execute risk‑based collection strategies to reduce aged receivables and DSO Perform credit reviews, set terms, and enforce policies in partnership with Credit and Treasury Conduct root‑cause analysis on delinquency trends and implement corrective actions Process Improvement & Reporting Standardize and document AR best practices across business units Drive automation initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce manual processes Prepare and present AR reporting including aging summaries, DSO trends, and cash forecasts Lead AR month‑end responsibilities including reconciliations and audit support Cross‑Functional Collaboration Partner with Operations and leadership to resolve billing issues and improve payment performance Support onboarding of newly acquired businesses and integration of AR processes Collaborate with IT, FP&A, and Treasury on system enhancements and working capital initiatives Qualifications 5+ years of progressive AR experience, including leadership responsibility Strong knowledge of AR operations, collections strategy, and credit controls Experience managing high‑volume, multi‑entity environments Proven ability to drive process improvements and team development Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills Ability to work onsite in Willow Grove, PA This is an excellent opportunity for a results‑driven AR leader who enjoys balancing operational execution with strategic improvement initiatives.
