We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to support a small accounting team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and distribute customer invoices.
  • Post customer payments efficiently and accurately.
  • Research and resolve account discrepancies or payment issues.
  • Conduct follow-up on overdue accounts and maintain detailed documentation.
  • Utilize Excel for reporting, data entry, and reconciliation.
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of recent Accounts Receivable experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Must be able to onsite, Monday-Friday (full time)
Pay Details: $23.00 to $28.00 per hour
