We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to support a small accounting team.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and distribute customer invoices.
- Post customer payments efficiently and accurately.
- Research and resolve account discrepancies or payment issues.
- Conduct follow-up on overdue accounts and maintain detailed documentation.
- Utilize Excel for reporting, data entry, and reconciliation.
- 3+ years of recent Accounts Receivable experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Must be able to onsite, Monday-Friday (full time)
