Position: Accounts Receivable Specialist

Setting: 100% On Site

Location: Browns Summit, NC, 27214

Pay: $20 - $24/hour

Hours: Full Time

This role blends commercial B2B collections with analytical cash application research for a fast growing, high volume organization. Ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, can pivot quickly, and enjoys investigative work.

Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle B2B collections across diverse client types and requirements
• Build customer profiles, understand billing requirements, and gather supporting documentation
• Handle lien waivers, track government disbursements, and tailor outreach to each customer
• Conduct deep research on unapplied cash and create the appropriate paper trail
• Analyze complex payment histories across multiple acquired back office systems
• Manually review and resolve the 30% of cash applications not auto processed
• Communicate with clients (phone for U.S., email for international) to resolve discrepancies
• Work collaboratively in a high production, team oriented environment.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of B2B collections experience with varied customer profiles
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Ability to adapt approach based on customer type and situation
• Highly organized, detail oriented, and proactive
• Comfortable handling large daily cash volumes
