Responsibilities
- Generate and send monthly customer statements and reports
- Apply payments (check, credit card, ACH) and reconcile accounts receivable
- Reach out to customers in regards to outstanding balances
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts for accuracy
- Support accounts payable, billing, and other accounting duties
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- At least 2 years experience in accounts receivable or a related area
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables and vlookups)
- SAP experience a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
