We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our administrative team in Goodfield. In this role, you’ll manage billing, payments, account reconciliations, and collections while working closely with customers and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of accounts.

 


What You’ll Do

  • Prepare, post, verify, and record customer payments and transactions related to accounts receivable.
  • Submit invoices to customers.
  • Draft correspondence for standard past-due accounts and collections, identifies delinquent accounts by reviewing files, and contacts delinquent account holders to requires payment.
  • Completes month end closing procedures.
  • Ensures electronic equipment records are properly maintained.
  • Keep customer profiles up to date including but not limited to contact information, proof of insurance, sales tax and exemption forms.
  • Answer customer phone calls regarding billing inquiries.
  • Process credit applications according to company practices.
  • License and title equipment for customer sales and dealership use.

 


What You Bring

  • A High School diploma or GED with 1-2 years of Accounts Receivable experience preferred.
  • Experience with CDK/Intellidealer is a plus.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills and general computer proficiency.
  • Proficiency  in Microsoft Office and accounting software.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
