Are you ready to join a dynamic team and make a real impact? We're thrilled to present an onsite Accounts Receivable Specialist opportunity on the east side of Monroeville, PA! This is your chance to bring your drive, dedication, and accounting expertise to a thriving organization that values growth and teamwork. This role will focus on cash applications, account reconciliations and collections.

Responsibilities
  • Generate and send monthly customer statements and reports
  • Apply payments (check, credit card, ACH) and reconcile accounts receivable
  • Reach out to customers in regards to outstanding balances
  • Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts for accuracy
  • Support accounts payable, billing, and other accounting duties
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
  • At least 2 years experience in accounts receivable or a related area
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables and vlookups)
  • SAP experience a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Benefits:
  • 401(k), health/dental/vision insurance, PTO, etc
Pay Details: $28.00 to $35.00 per hour
