\n\nStatus: Contract Full-Time | On-site
\n\nPay Rate: $23-24.00/hour (Based on experience)

\n\nAs an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you’ll be a key player in ensuring smooth financial operations and first-class customer support. You’ll dive into the details of account resolution, cash application, and collections and your proactive, solution-oriented approach will help keep financial engine running smoothly.

\n\nWhat You’ll Be Doing:
\n\nAccurately apply daily cash receipts
\n\nProactively review accounts and coordinate timely payment resolutions
\n\nCommunicate with internal teams and customers to resolve collection issues
\n\nPartner with our Customer Relations team to reduce delinquent accounts
\n\nFacilitate invoice dispute resolution
\n\nEscalate issues when necessary to speed up collection efforts
\n\nSupport other teams and projects as needed
\n\n________________________________________
\n\nWhat You’ll Bring:
\n\nHigh school diploma or GED
\n\n1-3 years of experience in cash application, banking, or accounting
\n\nStrong customer service mindset and communication skills
\n\nBasic understanding of accounting principles
\n\nDetail-oriented with solid math and problem-solving abilities
\n\nConfident, assertive, and ready to collaborate
\n\nComfortable using Excel (pivot table, VLOOKUP, formulas), Word, and financial software (experience with Microsoft Great Plains, Salesforce, Sage 300, etc. is a plus)
