Would you like to work with a non-profit organization with a great mission for its community? If you are, we may have the right job for you. LHH Recruitment Solutions is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist for one of our customers located in Concord, California. This position is 100% in-office. The ideal candidate will have strong accounts receivable experience in a non-profit organization using Sage Intacct. The role will be responsible for working on the grant billing process generating invoices, gathering support documentation, proactively concentrate on the AR Aging report following up on outstanding balances, and support the accounting department with additional duties and tasks as assigned. Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field is required - Software experience with Sage Intacct would be preferred - Industry experience in Non-Profit is preferred - Microsoft Office proficient (Word, Outlook, Excel - Intermediate) - Detailed, organized, and thorough - Excellent communications and customer service skills - Team player, thoughtful, and cooperative Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable (Accounts Receivable Specialist, Accounts Receivable Clerk, Bookkeeper, Staff Accountant) Employment Type: Temporary (1 to 2 months) If you are interested in this or other job opportunities available through LHH Recruitment Solutions, please submit your resume today at !
