Accounts Receivable Specialist

Straub Automotive is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable professional to join our growing team. This role will also serve as backup support for our Rental Coordinator, making it a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and working with people.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle collections and follow up on outstanding balances

• Provide professional, friendly service with excellent phone manners

• Assist as backup Rental Coordinator when needed

• Perform filing and general administrative duties

• Maintain accurate records and support accounting functions

• Assist in taking phone in accounts receivable payments and pull and send copies of invoices for charge customers

Qualifications:

• Accounting experience preferred

• Basic computer skills required

• Working knowledge of Excel

• Dealertrack experience a plus

• Strong attention to detail and organization skills

• Reliable, professional, and customer-focused

• Ability to work Monday - Friday 8-5
