Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist

Location: Horsham, PA

Employment Type: Contract to Hire

Work Schedule: 8-5

On-Site or Hybrid: On-Site

Pay: $22.00/hr.

Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision

Key Responsibilities

· Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner.

· Post customer payments, including checks, ACH, credit card, and wire transactions.

· Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on past-due accounts.

· Research and resolve billing discrepancies and customer inquiries.

· Reconcile customer accounts and assist with month-end close procedures.

· Maintain organized financial records and supporting documentation.

· Process credit memos and adjustments as needed.

· Provide clerical support to the accounting team, including data entry, filing, and report preparation.

· Assist with audits and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

· High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred.

· 1–3 years of accounts receivable or general clerical experience preferred.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software systems.

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

· Excellent organizational and communication skills.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
