The work we do every day allows us to discover key insights and break new ground to create some of the most meaningful technologies that have a lasting impact on companies, industries, and society.Essential DutiesThe Accounts Receivable position is responsible for performing various general accounting duties related to collecting payments on outstanding balances, monitoring and managing customer credit holds, and maintaining new and existing customer setup in the ERP system. This position services customers around the globe for five US business units.Responsibilities include:Follow up with customers daily regarding past due invoices, typically via email.Update invoices and supporting documents as needed via customer portalsWork with Customer Service/Sales Teams to resolve pricing discrepancies and deductionsReview and release sales orders on credit hold with approval limitsCreate and maintain customer master files on a shared network driveSupport the AR Lead & Manager as necessary for credit hold releases and establishing credit limits by reviewing customer D&B reports.Prepare and update receivable related reports utilizing excel spreadsheetsPrepare / Provide support documentation for SOX and Internal Audit AR compliance auditsProvide backup support / coverage for absences among the teamEducation and ExperienceAssociate Degree (Accounting preferred) or Equivalent ExperienceMinimum 2 years of full cycle Accounts Receivable experience, (manufacturing preferred)Experience with accounts receivable collections and customer account reconciliationsExperience with ERP accounting systems and Microsoft Office ProductsExperience and understanding of US GAAP, SOX compliance and internal controls preferredThis role is classified as non-exempt and is eligible for overtime pay. While the full pay range is listed below, we are targeting a hiring range of $55,000$60,000 based on experience and internal equity.Our comprehensive U.S. benefit offerings include: Health benefits, 401(k) retirement savings program with company match, PTO, and more.
