Job Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist (Temp-to-Hire) Location: Onsite - Willow Grove, PA We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable Specialist for a temp-to-hire opportunity based onsite in Willow Grove, PA. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning the AR process, managing collections, and working in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment. Key Responsibilities AR Operations & Processing Process daily AR transactions including invoicing, cash applications, unapplied cash, credit memos, and account reconciliations Perform daily/weekly payment batching and deposits (credit cards, ACH, financing) Deposit daily check batches using a check scanner Process customer refunds and chargebacks in a timely manner Collections & Aging Management Manage collection efforts across multiple entities Monitor and reduce aged receivables and DSO Own the end-to-end aging review process and proactively follow up on outstanding balances Escalate trends and issues to the AR Manager with clear documentation Qualifications 2+ years of Accounts Receivable experience Strong understanding of AR processes, cash applications, and collections Experience handling high transaction volume Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills Proficient in Excel and accounting systems Ability to work onsite in Willow Grove, PA This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering the potential for long-term growth based on performance and business needs.
