In this critical role, you'll be part of a cross-functional team responsible for the accurate and timely processing of invoices, credit memos, deductions, and special billings across multiple business channels. You'll also play a key part in reconciliation efforts and regular reporting, working closely with Sales, Customer Care, and other departments to resolve billing and invoicing discrepancies.What You'll DoProcess daily billing, invoicing, and credit requestsPartner with other departments to research, validate, and resolve billing issuesRun reports, analyze data, and identify invoicing discrepancies and delaysProvide documentation to support audits and compliance needsContribute to process improvement initiatives and root-cause issue resolutionWhat You BringRequired Qualifications:High school diploma or GEDMinimum 2 years' experience in billing, A/R, or a related finance functionIntermediate Excel skills; familiarity with Outlook and WordAbility to work across multiple ERP systems (preferred)Strong communication and analytical skillsOrganized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environmentPreferred Qualifications:Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related fieldPrevious experience supporting audits or compliance reviewsDemonstrated success in a collaborative, cross-functional team settingWhy Join Us?You'll be part of a supportive, team-oriented environment where your attention to detail and problem-solving skills make a real impact.
