Pay Rate - $22.50/hr
1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm with flexibility

Job Description
Works with internal and external customers to procure payment of Accounts Receivable balances due. Performs activities under moderate supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
Processes payments made by customers.
Prepares statements of accounts for customers.
Answers basic customer inquiries.
Prepares analysis of accounts.
May conducts root cause analysis of late payments and suggests process improvements.
Assists in preparing month end reporting.
Participates in projects related to Accounts Receivable improvement.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Must Have Skills
Must have excellent Excel skill/knowledge of basic functionality
Ability to communicate written and verbal
Must have a good personality (a lot of customer contact) Ability to receive instruction and follow it
Ability to ask questions to get more information when needed.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience: At least a year of experience plus some education in a business discipline
