About the Role As an Activities Co-ordinator, you will play a key role in delivering and facilitating purposeful activities that provide emotional and mental stimulation for our residents, enhancing their quality of life and overall wellbeing. Key Responsibilities Develop and complete life history profiles to tailor activities to each resident’s needs. Plan and facilitate meaningful reminiscence activities relevant to individual residents. Direct, guide, and collaborate with the care team in delivering engaging activities. Create individual care plans that reflect and promote resident choice. Work with Activities teams across other services to establish an exciting annual calendar of events. Promote the understanding of reminiscence and its positive impact on dementia care.
