Job Description:
Client is seeking a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to join their team on a contract-to-hire basis. The ideal candidate will focus on enhancements and interfaces to the company's ERP system, Acumatica, and will serve as a key liaison between business leaders, technical teams, and plant workers.
Key Responsibilities:
- ERP Enhancements & Interfaces: Collaborate with teams to drive enhancements and improvements to the Acumatica ERP system.
- Cross-functional Communication: Engage in discussions with business leaders, technical personnel, and workers on the manufacturing floor to gather and document requirements.
- Process Improvement: Dive deep into processes to uncover opportunities for improvement and innovation within the system.
- Manufacturing Floor Collaboration: Willingness to engage with workers on the manufacturing floor to ensure understanding of operational needs.
Required Skills and Experience:
- ERP Expertise: Experience with ERP systems, ideally Acumatica, and a strong understanding of system enhancements and interfaces.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with all levels of the organization, from business leaders to technical staff and plant workers.
- Small Company Experience: Must have experience in small company environments. Candidates with large company-only experience will not be considered.
- Manufacturing Experience: Strong familiarity with manufacturing processes and the ability to adapt technical solutions to meet the needs of a production environment.
