Adjunct Instructor, Microbiology – Mount Saint Mary College Join the Natural Science Division to teach one or more sections of the Microbiology laboratory course for the Fall 2025 semester (15 weeks, August through early December). The laboratory course complements the Microbiology lecture taken by Nursing majors. Responsibilities Teach laboratory classes, design and conduct experiments, and assess student performance. Maintain laboratory safety, protocols, and inventory. Collaborate with faculty on curriculum development and instructional improvements. Qualifications A Master’s degree or higher in biology, microbiology, or a related field (or in education). Previous teaching experience is preferred. Commitment to a contract, part‑time teaching assignment for one semester, with potential for extension.
