Our programs are designed for adult learners and working professionals who want to strengthen workplace skills, expand leadership capacity, and apply practical strategies for success in today's organizations. Essential Duties Deliver engaging in-person or online instruction that combines practical applications with interactive, hands‑on learning. Design lesson plans that connect concepts directly to workplace challenges and opportunities. Support learners in applying new skills through projects, case studies, and real‑world exercises. Track student attendance, provide feedback, and monitor progress. Collaborate with program staff to ensure courses remain aligned with workforce and employer needs.
