Admin Acounting Assistant Apply
Red Cedar Solutions is looking for an Admin Accounting Assistant to provide support in various accounting and administrative tasks to keep our financial operations running smoothly. The ideal candidate will have a combination of administrative skills and accounting knowledge, making them a vital part of our corporate team. Responsibilities include maintaining financial records, processing invoices, and assisting with payroll and data entry.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and processing of monthly invoices and payments.
- Maintain and update accounting records and files.
- Perform data entry.
- Assist with bank reconciliations and financial reporting.
- Support payroll processing and ensure timely submission of payroll data.
- Manage office supplies and maintain efficient office operations.
- Provide administrative support to the executive team.
Requirements
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree in accounting or finance is a plus.
- Experience working as an accounting assistant or in a similar role.
- Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
