We are looking for an administrative assistant/bookkeeper for a construction company. Working hours are 8:00 A.M.-4:30 P.M. Monday-Friday.
Assistant will be responsible for filing, answering phones, ordering insurances, filing for permits, typing invoices, calling in payroll and bank recs, payables and receivables, bank reconciliations (bank accounts, credit cards) . If interested, please email your resume. Salary will be based on experience—must be proficient and experienced with QuickBooks and have experience with the construction industry.
