Key Responsibilities

Front Office & Customer Handling

  • Greet and assist patients, visitors, and clients professionally

  • Handle phone calls, appointments, and general enquiries

  • Maintain visitor records and front desk decorum

Administrative & Office Coordination

  • Coordinate housekeeping staff and ensure cleanliness standards

  • Handle vendor coordination and facility management activities

  • Manage petty cash and maintain expense records

  • Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks

Documentation & System Work

  • Prepare reports, letters, and records using MS Word & Excel

  • Maintain files, registers, and internal documentation

  • Use relevant apps/software for office and operational support

Skills & Requirements
  • Good verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel

  • Experience in housekeeping coordination, vendor management, and facility management

  • Knowledge of petty cash handling

  • Strong customer service orientation

  • Prior experience in the healthcare industry is preferred

  • Presentable, organized, and multitasking ability
