Need Specifics: LOOKING FOR TEMP TO PERM CANDIDATES -- JOB SUMMARY: The Physician Practice Administrator is responsible for all operations and fiscal health of our multi-specialty physician practice, as well as our Radiation and Hematology Oncology Centers. This position requires a blend of strong leadership, strategic planning, and operational management skills to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care, optimal clinic performance, and adherence to regulatory requirements. Responsible for physician and mid-level practitioner relations and supports strategic initiatives. Reports to Chief Executive Officer. Exempt position. QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field (master's degree preferred). Certification: Must possess Rural Health Clinic Administrator Certification. Experience: Minimum of five years management/supervisory experience in healthcare management, including knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and other third-party payers. Skills & Knowledge: Knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and quality improvement processes. Strong leadership experience and communication skills are essential to success. Must possess ability to think strategically and implement effective initiatives in conjunction with designated strategies. Excellent organizational skills required. Proficient in using healthcare management software, electronic health records (EHR), and other relevant technology. Must possess excellent English communication skills, verbally and in writing, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with a wide variety of audiences. Must possess advanced technology skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
