We are working with a skilled trades company that is looking for a person to join their team to help in an administrative role for their business. The ideal candidate is a person who has experience working with customers and internal staff to help solve problems, generate invoices, perform data entry, and help with general questions. In this role, you will be taking orders, answering questions, updating project deadlines, and communicating with field staff.
Duties:
- Match all of the work and submit invoices as appropriate
- Handle data entry in the company CRM system
- Pull reports to show the timeline it is taking for invoices to get paid
- Follow up with vendors on any invoice problems or questions
- Set inspection appointments
- In-house scheduling of appointments and inspection notices to the field teams
Skills:
- Strong organizational abilities and very detail-oriented
- Very effective in communication, both verbally and in writing
- Previous experience in a construction-type business
- Great experience with the Microsoft Suite of products (Word and Excel) as well as QuickBooks
