We are seeking a highly motivated Administrative Assistant to support our client onsite in Deerfield Beach. They are a leading manufacturer and designer of land and marine communication solutions. This role requires strong working knowledge of ERP and business systems. The ideal candidate is adaptable, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within their organization. Someone with organizational skills, excellent computer proficiency (especially in Excel), and the ability to shift gears efficiently to meet the needs of multiple departments (Purchasing, Sales, Accounting, Quality, Engineering, Production, and Project Management). Responsibilities:Provide administrative support across multiple departments, ensuring smooth daily operations.Maintain and organize files, records, reports, and correspondence with accuracy and confidentiality.Provide data entry, tracking, and analysis to support production and quality initiatives.Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and documentation as needed.Assist in procurement and purchasing tasks, tracking orders, and vendor coordination.Work closely with sales and project management teams to support order processing and customer communications.Handle general office tasks, such as mail distribution, office supply management, and correspondence. Required Skills & Qualifications:2+ years of administrative experience (manufacturing, engineering, or technical environments a huge plus)Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), database management, and reporting tools.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and work independently with minimal supervision.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to assess challenges and provide solutions.Ability to collaborate across teams and build strong working relationships.
