You'll be the backbone of administrative functions-helping coordinate paperwork, maintain records, support internal communication, and assist cross‑functional teams across the shop floor and front office. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to multiple teams including Operations, Engineering, HR, Sales/marketing, Finance, etc. Manage the leadership team's calendars, design structured meeting agendas, record meeting minutes and provide action items Answer and route incoming phone calls in a courteous, professional manner Serve as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments Greet and direct visitors, vendors, and new hires in a professional and friendly manner Schedule meetings, coordinate training, coordinate travel, and prepare communications for manufacturing staff Support full‑cycle recruiting efforts including posting job openings, coordinating interviews, and assisting with candidate tracking Coordinate pre‑employment activities including background checks, drug screens, and onboarding documentation Maintain employee files and ensure confidentiality of employee records Assist with benefits enrollment documentation and employee change forms Support training documentation, certification tracking, and compliance recordkeeping Help coordinate employee engagement initiatives, recognition events, and company communications Assist teams in creating and maintaining filing systems Provide general clerical support including copying, scanning, and emailing The above is not an exhaustive list of duties, representing the typical expectations for the role Qualifications 3+ years of administrative experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting Prior experience supporting HR or recruiting functions strongly preferred Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask, prioritize, and communicate effectively with diverse teams Experience with ERP systems like SAP is a plus Comfortable in a shop‑floor environment and working around production activities High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred Team player with demonstrated ability to work effectively with individuals at all organizational levels Why You'll Love Working Here Opportunity to make a real impact on the success of the operation Be part of a team that values innovation, efficiency, and craftsmanship Opportunities for growth, learning, and leadership in a dynamic manufacturing environment Competitive pay and benefits including medical/dental/vision Working Environment On‑site role in a production facility—daily presence on the shop floor is a must Ability to access and navigate all areas of the facilities and perform the above‑mentioned responsibilities Pay $22.00 - $30.00 per hour DOE Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Paid holidays Paid vacation and sick time IRA with matching Ready to join a company that puts people and safety first?
