- Highly organized
- Good attention to Detail
- Bilingual Spanish preferred
- 2 years minimum of Office experience
- Basic or entry level Payroll /bookkeeping experience is a plus
- Must be proficient with MS Office Suite
FULL DUTIES:
- Data Entry
- Filing system
- Answering phones
- Copying / Faxing /sorting
- Misc Office support duties
- Assisting with Payroll and bookkeeping duties
