Site AdministrativeTechnical Requirements & Behavioral Competencies•Technical or Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field.•Experience in construction or field-based administrative routines, including:•Time tracking and shift management•Travel coordination and per diem controls•Reimbursements and team logistics•PPE distribution and inventory•Document management and compliance support•Proficiency with digital tools (Microsoft Office Suite, spreadsheets, basic ERP systems).•Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to fast-paced field environments.•Proactive, responsive, and service-oriented with strong interpersonal communication skills.•Ability to maintain confidentiality and a high degree of professionalism.Key Responsibilities•Manage and operate the site office, ensuring it is functional, welcoming, and organized to support the project team.•Track site team attendance, shifts, and hours; support payroll-related documentation and time reports.•Coordinate logistics for the team, including travel bookings, per-diem and reimbursements and lodging and site transportation•Support purchasing, goods receipt, and stock control of materials, consumables, and PPE.•Maintain site documentation in compliance with HR, tax, and legal requirements, including acess control documentation (e.g., for CFIUS compliance), contractor registrations and onboarding forms, insurance and safety compliance records•Serve as the communication and coordination point between the field team and back-office departments (HR, Finance, Legal, Procurement).Provide general administrative support to all team members on-site, including meeting coordination, supplies, and vendor interactions.
