TMC is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team and perform a variety of administrative tasks.
Responsibilities include managing calendars, directing information flow and coordinating professionally facilitated conferences. This person is expected to be well-organized, collaborative with other team members, and have a drive to learn.
Role Responsibilities and Scope :
- Manage your time effectively to serve and support business priorities
- Analyze problems and quickly present solutions
- Use TMC’s CRM software and internal systems to:
- Capture conference notes
- Schedule & forecast client commitments
- Create & document systems
- Maintain client records
- Act as the point of contact among internal and external partners
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Manage facilitator calendars and coordinate conferences
- Format information for internal and external communication - memos, emails, presentations, reports
- Oversee event happenings and act quickly to resolve problems

- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred, not required)
