Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
  • Handle travel arrangements, expense reports, and office documentation
  • Assist with preparing presentations, reports, and internal communications
  • Support day-to-day operations and liaise with internal teams
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in an admin or assistant role preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace
  • A proactive attitude with a high level of discretion
