Allied Personnel Services is seeking candidates for an Administrative Assistant opening w/ a large Lehigh Valley company! This temp to hire opportunity offers full time hours. This is an on-site role. Pay is $23.00-25.00/hr.
In this role you will provide administrative support to an Engineering team:
- welcome visitors, review correspondence, arrange company dinners, answer questions and address meeting requests
- arrange travel and meetings by developing itineraries and agendas, scheduling air/transporation/hotel
- reconcile expense reports
- produce and distribute correspondence, meeting minutes, memos, and letters
- complete projects and special assignments
- assist in the improvement of quality by evaluating processes
Candidates for this role must have administrative experience that includes calendar management and travel coordination. MS Office fluency is a must. An Associates degree is preferred.
