Job Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to various departments.
  • Efficiently manage calendars, schedules, and appointments.
  • Handle all correspondence promptly and professionally.
  • Assist in preparing and organizing documents and reports.
  • Perform accurate and efficient data entry as required.
  • Perform general office duties.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication.
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines.
  • Adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Display a proactive attitude and actively seek opportunities to learn and grow.

Requirements

  • Excellent technical skills with a strong understanding of various software applications (MS Office Suite, Google Suite, etc.).
  • Exceptional typing speed and accuracy.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to take on new challenges.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications will be a plus.

Office Amenities

Our office is centrally located in Century City, close to the Westfield Century City mall. It offers a wide range of amenities designed to improve employees' productivity and quality of life, including:

  • A fitness center.
  • On-site restaurant and café.
  • Dry cleaning services.
  • Weekly farmers' market.
  • Car wash facilities.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Pay: $38,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year.
  • Benefits: Paid time off.

Schedule

  • 10-hour shifts.

Work Location

  • In-person at our Century City office.
