Schedule: Monday - Friday
Pay: $24.00 starting or based on experience
Experience: 3-5 years admin experience

Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support the Executive Vice President and multiple departments. This role covers a wide range of responsibilities including HR, compliance, corporate records, marketing, and sales support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proficient in Microsoft Office 365, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain company records, process customer/vendor onboarding applications, and assist with insurance and benefits renewals.
  • Draft and update work instructions and standard operating procedures to ensure ISO compliance.
  • Organize and coordinate company events, awards programs, and recurring mailings.
  • Must have experience with audits, accounting, and financial record keeping
  • Manage electronic and paper personnel files, including audit preparation and portal uploads.
  • Support sales and marketing campaigns, mailing lists, and promotional activities.
  • Maintain compliance documentation, including OSHA logs, RoHS/REACH reports, Conflict Minerals Reports, insurance certificates, training records, and EEO1 reports.
  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma required, advanced education a plus.
  • 3–5 years of administrative experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access).
  • Knowledge of CorelDRAW or equivalent design software a plus.
  • Strong written, verbal, and professional communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Manufacturing or industrial sales background preferred.
