RBJ Wealth Management, LLC is hiring! Come work with one of the best Financial Planning, Wealth Management and Insurance firms around! Currently seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant, primarily in our insurance operations division.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in the financial and/or insurance sectors. The candidate will be responsible for assisting Financial Advisors and Insurance Agents with their practice, including direct client contact, data entry, application processing and more. Ideally looking for someone with prior administrative assistant or executive assistant experience.
