Administrative Assistant – Contract Opportunity Location: Cohoes, NY (Onsite) Duration: 12-month contract (with potential for extension or conversion) Pay: $23 - $25/hour (W2)Are you an experienced administrative professional looking to support advisors in a fast-paced financial services environment? We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join the Wealth Advisory Solutions & Private Family Office team. This is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic, client-focused setting while supporting high-level professionals.Ideal Candidate: 5+ years of experience supporting executives, advisors, or senior professionals Experience in financial services, private sector, or government environments preferred Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion Proactive, self-starter with strong problem-solving abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Experience with expense platforms such as SAP Concur is a plus Team player with a positive attitude and ability to work under pressureKey Responsibilities:• Provide administrative support to advisors and account managers in a collaborative team environment • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate conference calls • Coordinate logistics for client calls and advisor meetings, including resolving scheduling conflicts • Arrange travel and process expense reports in a timely manner • Handle confidential client information with a high level of discretion • Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documentation • Interact professionally with senior business leaders and clients • Organize and ship materials to clients and follow up on requests • Support onboarding of new hires and new client accounts, including data entry • Perform general administrative duties such as filing, scanning, inventory ordering, and mail processing • Assist with ad hoc projects and provide backup support as neededWhy Join Us?This role offers the opportunity to work within a respected financial services team, supporting high-level advisors in a fast-paced and professional environment.
