What Youll Do
Your responsibilities will include:

- Handling incoming calls, emails, and office correspondence
- Maintaining organized digital and physical filing systems
- Supporting compliance and documentation workflows
- Assisting with basic office operations and vendor coordination
- Helping create a polished, professional client experience from first contact to follow-up
