CTG is seeking to fill a Administrative Assistant opening for our client in Stanton, MN.
Location: Stanton, MN
Duration: 11 months
Duties:
- Own and support operations pertaining to delegated area of expertise; including but not limited to Safety, grower accounting, field operations, plant operations, human resources, accounts payable, procurement and/or other areas defined by leadership;
- Build cross functional relationships to collaboratively partner with the business and effectively network within the production network; Independently prioritize key tasks and responsibilities, considering seasonality of business;
- Own and identify communication needs to appropriate levels of organization, including peers, leadership and internal/external stakeholders to drive strategic and operational efficiencies across operations;
- Partner with key business stakeholders to define business issues and opportunities, highlighting significant areas of spend and continuous improvement;
- Identify cost savings programs through capturing, reporting and expanding across the production network to drive savings;
- Lead and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Education:
- High school
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
