Job Title: Administrative Assistant
The Administrative Assistant provides essential support to the Central Office by ensuring efficient, professional daily operations. This role handles front-office communications, scheduling, recordkeeping, and general administrative functions. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. First-time applicants are welcome to apply.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls
- Manage and respond to general office and internal communications
- Maintain accurate filing systems, both digital and physical
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Assist with the preparation of reports, forms, correspondence, and presentations
- Perform data entry and maintain internal tracking systems
- Support staff with administrative and clerical tasks
- Order, organize, and maintain office supplies
- Assist with note-taking and recordkeeping during meetings
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and mailing processes
- Utilize design and document tools such as Canva and Adobe when needed
- Proofread documents for accuracy, spelling, grammar, and formatting
- Assist with special projects and additional duties as assigned by leadership
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior administrative, clerical, or office experience preferred (not required)

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills

- Part-time: Approximately 20 hours per week
