JC Ramsdell Enviro Services is a specialty construction company that sells and installs geomembrane containment systems throughout the United States. We are looking for a responsible, self-driven assistance to perform a variety of administrative, personal and clerical tasks for management. Duties/Responsibilities: Answering and directing phone calls and emails Scheduling and managing appointments and travel coordination Manage social marketing platforms and project management platform Supporting management with tasks relating to crew personnel and office personnel Assist and monitor multi-state fillings in various jurisdictions Learn industry standards and regulations to help support business needs Shipping and receiving support Assist with accounts payable and receivables Other duties, as assigned Requirements: High level of confidentiality Strong level of organization Dependable Proficiency is MS Office applications (Word, Excel and Outlook) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Self-driven person that is able to learn and implement new tasks Accounting experience preferred, not required Job Type: Full-Time The position is onsite in Flandreau, SD with a 35-40-hour work week, Monday through Friday.
