Summary This position is ideal for individuals who are eager to learn and develop administrative skills. The role involves a variety of tasks across accounting, customer service, and sample management. Based on the candidate's abilities, the responsibilities may be expanded over time. Responsibilities Accounting Support : Assist with posting payments and processing financial transactions. Gather accounts payable documents and upload them to the accounting firm’s system. Print and send out checks as needed for various payments. Sample Management : Assist with sending samples to potential and existing customers. Prepare samples for shipment by applying labels and organizing them for delivery. Record sample inventory and provide reports when additional samples are needed. Customer Service : Answer phone calls and assist with order taking. Create and manage sales orders in the system. Generate invoices for customer orders and ensure proper documentation. Requirements Previous experience is not required, but a strong willingness to learn is essential. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Good communication skills, both on the phone and in writing. Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Suite, etc.). Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
