Our team is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support maintenance operations through work order management, data entry, reporting, and administrative coordination.
About the role:
- Manage work orders in CMMS (SAP): create, update, close, and track status
- Verify labor, materials, and data accuracy
- Generate and track POs, accruals, and expenses
- Maintain maintenance records, reports, and documentation
- Support PM tracking and reporting (backlog, labor, headcount)
- Coordinate meetings, calendars, and contractor documentation (TWIC)
- Support onboarding, SharePoint, and general office operations
About you:
- Administrative experience (industrial or maintenance preferred)
- Strong Excel and data entry skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organization and communication skills
- CMMS/SAP experience preferred
- Valid TWIC card or ability to obtain TWIC card required
