Duration: 6 months (approx. 11/2025 05/2026)
Shift: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM (30 minutes unpaid lunch)
Pay Rate: $22.00/hr (W2, no benefits)
Job Description
As a Plant Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in the support of the Cleveland Plant and its employees, including confidential information.
Schedule: Monday Friday, 8am 4:30pm, 30 minutes unpaid lunch.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to other functions throughout the plant.
Manage and update display monitors, bulletin boards, SharePoint sites and email distribution lists.
Arrange facilities, supplies, meals, and other necessities for plant meetings, events and executive/customer visits.
Assist with copier maintenance, toner, supplies, and general office supplies.
Administer the uniform program and be first point of contact with the uniform vendor and employees: place orders, address change requests, and cancel orders.
Assist with direct sales ordering and coordinating on-site presence for uniform company and pay invoices online through ePro.
Administer locker assignments for all employees; audit locker rooms and ensure locker clean out on employee exit.
Attend weekly meetings on recruiting of production workers and update spreadsheet with hires/exits.
Assist with interview day events and first week onboarding for new hires.
Help co-plan and implement employee activities and promote the plant's commitment to the community.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required
2+ years of related experience in a manufacturing environment
Experience with MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) required
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Knowledge of Kronos or similar payroll system is a plus.
