Join this client's Specialty division as a Corporate Account Administrative Assistant and become a pivotal part of a high-performing sales team. In this hybrid role, you will provide critical administrative support to corporate account managers, helping to manage high-volume requests, process contracts, coordinate orders, and ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
- Maintain strong relationships with both internal teams and external customers, understanding their needs and expectations.
- Process and schedule new opening orders, mass product orders, and recurring monthly/annual billings for digital products.
- Create, update, and maintain pricing contracts using the Contract Management System.
- Manage 3rd party customer catalog portals and update pricing as needed.
- Communicate with executive-level customers on behalf of corporate account managers.
- Assist in resolving customer issues, including invoice discrepancies, product concerns, credit adjustments, and service inquiries.
- Process legal contracts via AdobeSign, including data validation, obtaining approvals, and archiving executed documents.
- Maintain accurate customer master data (e.g., contracts, discounts, contact details) and submit change requests.
- Use the SaaS system to create and manage digital order records.
- Generate and review monthly reports and provide ad hoc reporting as needed.
- Provide back-up support to administrative colleagues when required.

Qualifications
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3 years of sales support experience
- Advanced Excel skills (including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, filters, concatenate)
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Familiarity with SAP or similar systems
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5 years of customer service experience
- 2 years of project management experience
