Leadership Rooted in Experience Our practice is led by Dr. Kelly Betts, a seasoned general dentist with 18 years of diverse experience, spanning roles from dental assistant to hygienist, before advancing to dentistry. Together with our associate doctor, they champion a holistic approach to dental care—prioritizing oral health as a gateway to overall well-being. This philosophy not only enhances our patient care but also enriches the professional development of our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering phones and providing excellent verbiage skills and customer service
  • Presenting treatment plans with patients
  • Reviewing finance options and payment collections
  • Scheduling using a value based scheduling approach to reach daily goals
  • Assure communication between front office and clinical team for exceptional patient experience
  • Submit dental claims electronically and via paper, including attachments and documentation.
  • Follow up on unpaid or denied claims in a timely manner and resubmit when necessary.
  • Interpret Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) and explain insurance coverage to patients.
  • Calculate and communicate patient co-pays, deductibles, and out-of-pocket costs.

Position Details: Flexible Employment Options & Competitive Compensation

Job Types:
 Competitive Pay: $22.00 - $32.00 per hour depending on current skillset and experience level

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a dental office or insurance billing role. Excellent attention to detail, organizational, initiative and analytical skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
Language Skills: Proficiency in English required.
